3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

4. Predictions and Rivalries

4.1 Prediction Rules

  • Predictions must be submitted before each match kicks off
  • Once a match has started, predictions for that match cannot be changed
  • Points are awarded based on our published scoring system
  • We reserve the right to modify scoring rules with reasonable notice

4.2 Rivalry Participation

  • Weekly rivalries are based on mutual acceptance between users
  • Season rivalries span the entire Premier League season
  • Rivalry results are determined by prediction performance

4.3 Fair Play

Users must not attempt to manipulate results, exploit bugs, or engage in any form of cheating. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Share your account with others or sell access to your account
  • Collect or harvest user data without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Matchweek Rivals are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Premier League, club names, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Matchweek Rivals is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Premier League or any football club.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Match data and results are provided by third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for errors in match information or scoring.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchweek Rivals and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months (if any).

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
